Applicant FAQ

If you're eligible, you'll receive an email with a link to redeem your invitation to this year's application. When you click "Redeem Invitation," the system will automatically populate your registration code. From there, you'll either create a new account or sign in to an existing one. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the portal guide for more detailed steps.

Applicants who are reapplying must complete a new application each year, as updates are made annually. We recommend using the same email address you used previously. If you submitted the interest form with a different email, you can either create a new account with that email or contact us at support@seedinternships.org to request an account merge.

This typically happens when there is a discrepancy between the information you provided us on the interest form and what we have on file. You will be asked to resubmit the interest form with a different email or provide additional information to verify your identity so we can resolve the issue.

If you used the same email address from your existing account on the interest form, you should be able to redeem your invitation, log in, and access the Seed Internships application. If you used a different email, you may see an error or not have access to this year's application. In that case, you can either create a new account using the email from this year's interest form or contact us to merge your accounts.
